We usually play Sunday at Jose Marti Park
Check Facebook to see where we're playing.
Hello and welcome!! Miami Bike Polo came together in March of 2010 with the intent to make it easy for anyone interested in playing bike polo. It has really taken off and we can't be more excited. We are still working very hard to keep you informed and organized plus we've made a bunch of loaner mallets so all you need to do is show up with your bike. We play weekly games that we organize at Jose Marti Park, Sundays around 2pm. It's also a great way to just hangout with fellow bike riders and unwind.
So for now, check out our website, learn about the game, make yourself a mallet if you want and we hope to see you on the court and having a blast! And if you've never played before, no worries, we still have a lot of new and first time players, so we'll have beginner games going every time we play.
If you'd like to stay in the loop, 'Like' us on Facebook or follow us on twitter. If you'd like to be involved, just let us know! Start a discussion on our forum, post on our wall, tweet your thoughts, setup a meetup, etc… we welcome and encourage any participation :) THANK YOU and see you all soon!!
The people have spoken! We will be hosting our 15th BBQ at the original home court, Jose Marti Park. Plenty of shade for you all on these hot summer, Miami days.
We'll be setting up around 1pm and playing all day. Bring stuff to grill, drink, eat, etc... Blankets for picnic areas and most importantly, bring all your friends!
We'll have music and polo for all! Pickup games will be going on all day, beginners welcome. Mallets provided if you don't have your own.
So get the word out. MBP BBQ XV will be at Jose Marti Park this Sunday, August 5th at 1pm, all day!
See you there!

Protection civil bunkers are spots like that:
not so sexy but for free and for everybody. Any other stuff is really expensive in geneva.
Plus they are next to court and lake, around the most beautiful part of the city... so it's worth it.
You can also find some room here http://www.genevahostel.ch/
We are planning to make food for playing days.

We interviewed Eric Crandall of the Portland United bike polo team at this years NAHBPC. With a lot of hard work and some help from their new EighthInch Scramblers, the guys were able to take home a solid 4th place at this years National Championship.

Host club: Milwaukee
Court size: 145' x 60' 4 courts
TRANSPORTATION: What you will want to do now if you have qualified is book your flights. Fly into MKE or else fly into Chicago and take a bus/train up to Milwaukee. The Amtrak is cheap or the megabus or greyhound but they charge for bikes. You might actually save money by just flying straight to MKE if possible. From the airport take the Greenline bus or the #80 bus into the city. Supposedly Chicago is renting a party bus so talk to them about getting on board. Either way is cool and take you right downtown and close to the housing options
If you were hoping to stay at a polo players house contact Brian Dillman.
Starts today at noon CDT.
Here's how it works folks. Please go to www.hardcourtbikepolo.org. If you are using a different team than any you have played with before, please CREATE a new team in your user profile. Simply click on your name in the upper right hand corner and you can "add a team". Once you have done this, as long as 2 out of 3 of the players are qualified, you will be allowed to register. Find the 2012 North American Championships in the main or tournament list. Register your team. Your team will NOT show up immediately. Don't panic! If 2 out of 3 players, at least, are qualified it will be approved. Once approved, it will appear in the list. You will have until June 15th to register AND pay. Should your team not pay on time it would be a consideration that you are not able to come. If that is the case you can also remove your team from the registration list yourself.
The registration will determine if a wildcard or any other invitations to play will be considered. The max allotted for this is 56 teams, no if, ands, or buts.
Team cost: $90/team
How to pay: PAYPAL to email@example.com [please send this as a PERSONAL GIFT so there are no fees] include your team name in the notes as well.
Deadline to register and pay: June 15th, 10 days from today.
If you have any questions about the registration process you can leave a comment or you can contact me directly. NAH is merely helping facilitate the registration process for the MKE Bike Polo Club. All other questions regarding the tournament itself can be directed to them. Thanks!

It was a long 28 hour drive, but well worth it. What's better than a road trip with bike polo friends? One that leads to the North American Hardcourt Bike Polo Championship to watch the best of the best battle it out for the title of No. 1 in America for 2012. Great trip and amazing tournament. Congratulations to Milwaukee's very own Beaver Boys for winnning it all and holding it down in their home town!
